1. What’s included in your bond cleaning service?

Oven (inside and out), walls and skirting boards, light switches and power points, windows and tracks, carpets and floors, bathrooms (shower, toilet, vanity), kitchen cupboards inside and out – basically everything a property manager checks.

Yes. If the agent or landlord finds something we missed, tell us within 48 hours of the inspection. We’ll come back and fix it at no extra cost. We’ve only had to do this a handful of times – but the guarantee is there.

Usually within 2 to 3 days. If you need same‑day or next‑day, call us directly. We keep slots open for urgent end‑of‑lease jobs, especially at month end.

No. We can get keys from the agent, a neighbour, or a lockbox. Just let us know what works. We’ll send you before and after photos so you can see the job is done

Yes, for urgent end‑of‑lease inspections. Call us and we’ll do our best to fit you in. Extra fees may apply for same‑day, but we’ll tell you upfront.

It depends on property size and condition. Rough guide: 1 bed/1 bath $220–$280, 2 bed/1 bath $290–$360, 2 bed/2 bath $340–$420, 3 bed/2 bath $390–$490. We give a fixed price before you book – no surprises.

Standard bond clean includes vacuum. Steam cleaning is an add‑on. Most agents require carpet steam cleaning – ask your property manager. We can do it for you.

CBD, South Yarra, Richmond, Fitzroy, Brunswick, Carlton, St Kilda, Footscray, Hawthorn, Preston – plus most other metro suburbs. If you’re not sure, just ask.

Yes, up to about 10cm. Nail holes, small dents, minor damage. For larger holes we can recommend a plasterer.

Yes. You don’t need to know the paint brand or colour name. We match it on site. If you have leftover paint from the original job, that helps – but not required.

We carry clear, white and off‑white. Most Melbourne apartments use white or clear. For custom colours, we can try – but it’s rarely needed.

Surface dry in 1‑2 hours. Fully cured in 24 hours. We’ll tell you not to get it wet until it’s ready.

We fix standard deadlocks, latches, handles and hinges. For high‑security locks or rekeying, we recommend a licensed locksmith – we’ll tell you honestly.

Yes, if you have a matching spare tile. We replace chipped or cracked tiles. If no spare exists, we help find a close match. We’re upfront if it can’t be matched perfectly.

Yes. Bundled services save you money. For example, painting touchups with bond cleaning – 20% off. Door repairs with cleaning – $20 off. Silicone with cleaning – $50 off.

Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and cash on the day. A deposit may be required for large jobs.

Yes. We have public liability insurance. All team members are police checked.

If the deduction is because of something we missed, we’ll cover the cost (up to the amount we were contracted for). If it’s something outside our scope (e.g., pre‑existing damage, fair wear and tear), that’s between you and the agent. We’ll always be honest about what we can and can’t fix.
